welcome to ricianne(dot)com. [pronounced: ree-shawn]. ricianne is my child-hood nickname. you clicked on this coz you probably wanna know a lil bit about me...and why i think am God's favorite... so here goes.
my motto is: "Jesus loves you, but i'm His favorite!" yep, i actually think it's absolutely true. [okay fine, i think you're His favorite too...im just His favoritest!]. Hey give me a break...moses called himself the most humble man on earth too okay?!?!?!?!
about me: im uber-extroverted with expertise in keeping it real, TMI, witty banter and living by faith. im sassy and sometimes crassy. these are my top 5 super powers. i believe that i am a force to be reckoned with because i am a daughter of the King. i love God and i love people. and half the time i have no clue what the heck im doing. i really have no clue what it takes to be a missionary/minister but im crazy enough to obey and GO. i didn't go to bible school. i never had any formal training. and i am NOT your typical "good missionary church girl". the jokes i laugh at are not seminary approved. but one thing i do know is that i love God and i love people. the reality is: i'm just a nobody, trusting a big SOMEBODY to tell everybody else about His love. that's it. that's why i do what i do. but i have a lot of fun along the way trying to figure it out (whatever "it" is).
i try my best to live to the fullest and enjoy this beautiful journey called life. recently, God has called me to move away from my home in LA and relocate in the middle of the pacific to become a missionary in hawaii. yes... i have the privilege to become a crazy, clueless missionary in paradise. someone's gotta suffer for God right? ;)

i try my best to see the beauty in everything and everyone God puts along my path. my mission in life is to be used as a vessel of God to share hope, joy and love to a hurting world. my dream is to help encourage, equip and empower people [especially His Bride], to live out their God-given dreams and live lives to the fullest potential so they can "go and make disciples of all nations." one of my greatest passion is to be able to be a voice to create awareness about social injustices and do something to help abolish abuse and human trafficking. that...and i like to show people that living an spirit-filled, obedient and godly life is actually crazy fun.

i write coz i want my testimony and crazy stories to help others draw closer to His heart. i write because it is therapeutic for me. i write because i want my husband and my son, my family & friends to read about my God and my journey, hoping that it inspires them to want to serve this Amazing God who loves me so.
i write, i teach, i work, i speak, i breathe, i live for an audience of ONE. because i don't want my life to be about me. in the end... i want my life to be all about Him.
